公司创立于1994年.并在2000年承接转制的原国营企业梧州市硬质合金厂,有三十多年的硬质合金生产经验和一大批专业技术员工,工艺成熟、设备先进，是中国钨业协会会员单位。公司厂房占地面积24640平方米.属下有硬质合金厂和机械加工厂。主要产品有：各种硬质合金标准件、耐磨件、刀片、拉丝模和各种非标毛坯,各行业用的拉伸、整形、冷镦、冷挤热锻模具等，以及磁性行业的无磁模具。非标异型件的生产技术在国内处于地位。
